Marketing Coordinator

Peak Family Medicine is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, branding, website, social media, digital advertising, events, and community outreach efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, tech-comfortable, and able to produce professional marketing materials while following management direction and maintaining brand consistency.

Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, with occasional flexibility up to 25 hours per week during events, campaign launches, or website projects

Pay Range: $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience

Classification: Non-exempt hourly

Key Responsibilities

Create and update rack cards, flyers, business cards, brochures, graphics, and other marketing materials.

Manage routine WordPress website updates, including service pages, provider information, landing pages, announcements, images, links, and marketing content.

Use approved AI tools to assist with marketing copy, graphics, image concepts, social media content, and website content.

Ensure all materials are original, licensed, royalty-free, company-owned, AI-generated, or otherwise approved for use.

Manage social media posts and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Assist with Google Ads, Google Business Profile updates, landing pages, and digital advertising content.

Manage updates to the digital monument sign.

Coordinate booth participation at local, state, regional, and national events.

Maintain booth supplies, tablecloths, banners, printed materials, signs, and promotional items.

Coordinate with approved media vendors, including radio, television, print, and digital outlets, as directed by management.

Maintain brand consistency across printed materials, digital media, website content, social media, advertisements, signage, and event displays.

Escalate patient privacy, copyright, media, vendor, technical, or reputational concerns to management.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, social media, event coordination, website management, or related work.

WordPress experience required.

Experience using AI tools for content creation, image generation, drafting, editing, or marketing support.

Experience creating professional materials using Canva, Adobe tools, Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.

Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail.

Understanding of copyright basics and the importance of using only approved or properly licensed content.

Ability to follow management direction and work independently without independently supervising, critiquing, or directing vendors, contractors, or other staff unless authorized.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare, wellness, employer health, or membership-program marketing experience.

Experience with Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, SEO basics, WordPress page builders, digital signage platforms, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems.

Experience coordinating booths, health fairs, conferences, sponsorship events, or community outreach events.

Basic photography, video, or short-form content creation experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position is based in a professional medical office environment with occasional support for community events, booths, conferences, and employer events. The role requires computer-based work, digital content work, and occasional lifting, carrying, and setup of booth or event materials up to 25 pounds.

Compliance Expectations

Because this position supports healthcare marketing, the Marketing Coordinator must maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, privacy expectations, company policy, copyright requirements, and management approval processes. Patient information may not be used in marketing, AI tools, social media, advertising, signage, or website content without proper authorization and management approval.
