Come join us in our new office in Cool Springs! Established in 2005 in Libertyville, Illinois, we are a small business that finances equipment for municipalities, such as fire trucks, ambulances, street sweepers, telecommunications systems, and any other essential equipment that is needed.

We are looking for an individual with a great personality and who is seeking a long-term, part-time position, to join us as a Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will:

o be very personable

o have a positive attitude

o have good computer skills (Internet, Word, and Excel; ACT, a plus)

o have a sense of urgency

o have great attention to detail

o have experience with Constant Contact or similar, a plus

o have experience with graphic design, a plus

Tasks will include:

• Manage marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
• Review and present marketing plans and projects to management
• Build brand awareness with dealers that market to municipalities and with municipalities themselves
• Analyze competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market share
• Write, design, and send e-mail campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platform
• Expand LinkedIn network and connections
• Assist with redesign of website and marketing materials
• Anything else that comes up with regards to marketing

Candidates should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a small-office environment.
