IT Network Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity services provider serving businesses across New Jersey. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing and Campaign Administrator to help coordinate marketing campaigns, create content, and support lead generation initiatives.

This role combines digital marketing coordination with hands-on campaign execution, including direct mail campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media and blog posts
• Create and manage Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns
• Content creation including blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Create and manage direct mail & outreach campaigns
• Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign schedules
• Update website content and promotional materials
• Create and publish landing pages
• Track marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
• Maintain CRM marketing lists and lead tracking
• Website SEO, GEO and AI visibility optimization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing coordination, marketing administration, or similar experience
• Strong writing and content organization skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and basic website editing
• Experience in Market Research and developing insights to guide decision-making
• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and a proven ability to design and implement successful campaigns
• Knowledge of Sales processes and how marketing strategies align with sales goals
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms used for marketing, campaign management, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and the operational side of running campaigns
