About Us

New Look Refinishing Group is a quality-focused company specializing in the on-site refinishing of bathtubs, tile walls, sinks, and kitchen countertops. We are fully insured and proudly hold A ratings with both the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. We’re a small, close-knit team based in East Bridgewater, MA, with a secondary office in Avon.

Job Summary

We’re hiring an Office + Marketing Coordinator to help manage day-to-day administrative duties and help grow our online presence. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable answering phones and managing billing as they are updating websites, designing social content, and thinking strategically about local marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative + Customer Service

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails
  • Handle billing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Follow up with customers for quality control and satisfaction
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files

Marketing + Design (primary role)

  • Maintain and update company website (preferably WordPress or similar)
  • Manage company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Design flyers, brochures, and digital materials (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Optimize and update business listings (Google, Yelp, Angi, etc.)
  • Assist with basic SEO, content creation, and email marketing

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confident phone presence
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
  • Experience with or interest in SEO, social media marketing, and branding
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A creative, curious mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Team player who thrives in a small business environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous office, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Background in marketing, communications, or design
  • Experience working for a small business or local service company
