As a Marketing Coordinator for Black Optix Tint, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence and supporting franchisees with creative, innovative marketing solutions. This is your chance to combine organizational skills with creative flair and help deliver campaigns that drive real results. This is your opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects – from social media campaigns, to live presentations, utilizing the latest digital tools.

• Create engaging social media content
• Assist in corporate communications with franchisees (i.e. email newsletters, brand announcements, webinars, etc.)
• Support franchisees by setting up and managing social accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business).
• Design and produce impactful marketing assets—presentation decks, print materials, social graphics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
• Organize and maintain marketing resources across platforms like OneDrive, Gorilla Dash, and internal systems.
• Present confidently in virtual and live settings, including Discovery Day Tours, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver consistent, compelling brand communications.
• Stay ahead of trends and share fresh ideas to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business
• OR 1-3 years' related experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud required
• Communication and Customer Service skills – handling franchisee support calls, responding promptly to team and franchisee communications and delivering on needs.
• Teamwork – Ability to thrive independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Knowledge of marketing tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Additional skills include experience with Microsoft365, AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT), CRM systems, email marketing, TikTok, video editing, and project management platforms like Asana.
