What We Offer:
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator – Center Store and Tobacco Fixtures will support the department by sourcing and placing all retail fixture order needs in the Center Store and Tobacco departments. This role involves working with existing suppliers and sourcing additional suppliers if needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Order all retail fixtures to support Layout and Retail Floor changes:
2. Tobacco Fixtures
3. Measure of fixture production
4. Customer Service Support – internal and external
5. Partnership with Cross Functional Support Teams – Build strong and durable relationships with critical stakeholders to ensure the precise execution of monthly merchandising strategies. Key relationships include:
6. Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Collaboration
7. Other duties as assigned by the Category Manager team
Working Relationships:
INTERNAL: Within Marketing: Advertising Team; POS/Price Book Team; Merchandising/Planogram Team Within Store Support Center: IT Department; Legal Department; Strategic Sourcing; Finance Team; Supply Chain/Warehouse Team Retail Operations Team: Retail Vice President’s; Regional Manager’s; District Manager’s, Store Managers
EXTERNAL: Direct Vendors, Brokers, Distributors
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: University applicable extracurriculars, internships or part time jobs
Preferred Experience: Retail background and Store Operations familiarity

Travel: 0-25% travel required
Hours & Conditions: Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting with one discretionary flex day approved by manager.
Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
