Yamazen Inc. is an importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, tooling, and automation systems. We service manufacturers in automotive, medical, oil, construction, aerospace, and I.T. markets. We have offices serving markets throughout the country and have experienced significant growth through territory and market expansion.

Yamazen is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content, and events. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience executing real marketing campaigns and being part of a fast-moving, collaborative team. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently across social media, website, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support website updates and content publishing
• Assist with planning and coordination of marketing events and trade shows
• Coordinate marketing assets and ensure deadlines are met
• Support internal marketing team with day-to-day execution tasks across campaigns, content, and events
• Assist with light content creation (Canva, basic graphics, video clips)
• Help maintain organization of marketing materials and campaigns

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing, internship, or office experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Interest in content creation and social media
• Basic experience with tools like Canva, social platforms, or CMS systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Range: $21.64 – 28.85 ($45,000 – 60,000)
