Contract Marketing & Administrative Coordinator (Sonoma County)
A growing consumer brand is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support digital marketing operations, PR coordination, and cross-functional project tracking. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, content coordination, and working across multiple platforms.
Location: Rohnert Park/Petaluma/Cotati, CA (hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Pay: ~$29/hour
Start Date: Mid-April (targeting 4/20)
Duration: 4–5 month contract
Key Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
- Review and manage user-generated content (UGC) submissions via Excel
- Evaluate creator submissions for brand alignment and accuracy
- Coordinate PR order requests with Customer Service
Weekly / Monthly Tasks:
- Track PR outreach and communications
- Create internal PR materials and flyers using Canva
- Schedule and monitor email campaigns in Klaviyo
- Track project progress in Asana and follow up with stakeholders
- Update website banners and promotions in Shopify
- Create and manage discount codes for campaigns
- Prepare monthly recap presentations (PowerPoint)
- Maintain digital trackers and reporting tools
- Assist with product setup in Shopify (bundles, new launches)
Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Service, Brand, and Creative teams
- Coordinate regularly with internal stakeholders on campaign progress and deliverables
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel, Canva, and Asana preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
