Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support marketing initiatives across the btone brand and franchise network. This role blends graphic design, content creation, and project coordination, helping to maintain brand standards and elevate marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design eye, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and experience creating content for print, social media and digital advertising platforms. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while supporting both internal marketing efforts and our franchisees.

This position plays a key role in ensuring our studios and franchise partners have the high-quality, visually compelling marketing resources they need to drive client engagement, optimize promotional campaigns, and support studio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Digital Content Creation

  • Concept, design, and produce engaging marketing content across digital and print channels to support both corporate campaigns and franchisee needs.
  • Create a wide range of social media and ad platform assets, including static graphics, carousel posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Develop creative assets for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to platform requirements and designed to drive performance.
  • Maintain and evolve btone’s visual brand standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output across all marketing initiatives.
  • Build, edit and manage a centralized asset library of templates, photography, video clips, and campaign materials to streamline usage across the organization.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in design and digital marketing to keep content fresh, innovative, and competitive.
  • Provide timely, high-quality creative support for franchisees, ensuring marketing materials meet deadlines and align with brand expectations.

Franchise Marketing Support

  • Partner with franchise owners to provide ready-to-use marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Design and maintain email marketing templates that franchisees can customize for studio campaigns while ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Support the creation and management of email automation workflows, including welcome series, client retention campaigns, and promotional communications.
  • Coordinate and manage promotional periods, including setup, administration, tracking, and performance reporting to optimize future campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating launch campaigns for new studio openings, including content deadlines and social media promotion.
  • Act as a creative resource and point of contact for marketing questions, email marketing best practices, and other franchisee support requests.

Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, onboarding, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain organized systems for campaign plans, asset management, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location brand, fitness, or franchise environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing CRMs, template design, and automation setup.
  • Knowledge of promotional period planning, including administration, tracking, and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello) is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
