Marketing Coordinator (Digital & Conventional)

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and creative Conventional and Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our brand in executing its marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the F&B / restaurant industry, strong conventional and digital marketing knowledge, and a passion for creating engaging content that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost revenue
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for monthly social media calendars, reels, posts, and campaigns
• Communicate and promote restaurant offers, new menu launches, special items, stories, and ongoing promotions
• Create engaging and spontaneous content during guest celebrations, events, and daily outlet activities
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to customer messages and comments, and coordinate with restaurant teams for timely follow-ups
• Observe trends, ideate creative content, and develop out-of-the-box concepts aligned with the brand identity
• Plan and execute in-store and floor marketing activities to engage customers
• Visit outlets regularly to monitor performance and ensure brand consistency
• Review and analyze social media performance and suggest improvements on a monthly basis
• Plan social media calendars in advance or share content objectives with the marketing agency
• Collect and analyze guest feedback from outlets and digital platforms to improve customer engagement
• Monitor competitors’ social media activities and F&B marketing initiatives, and suggest relevant adaptations
• Review, recommend, and manage offers and developments on online food delivery platforms

Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurant / F&B marketing preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and online delivery apps
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to visit outlets and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
