Job Opportunity: Marketing Coordinator & Director of Operations Onward Realty Partners | Keller Williams Indianapolis Metro North
Onward Realty Partners is looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator & Director of Operations to join our growing real estate team in Central Indiana.
This is a full-time position with a flexible work environment designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industry, enjoys both marketing and operations, and can take initiative while managing multiple moving pieces.
Compensation & Structure
- Full-Time Position
- Compensation ranges from $45,000–$60,000 annually based on experience
- Position is structured as a 1099 role due to flexible hours, work locations, and responsibilities
Schedule & Flexibility
- Minimum of 20 in-office hours per week
- Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Fridays typically remote unless adjusted for scheduling needs
- Additional hours may be completed remotely or outside the office
- Some evenings and weekends required for events, content creation, and industry demands
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social Media
- Create, schedule, post, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Minimum goal of 5 social media posts per week, with a target of daily posting
- Provide video scripts, edit videos, and publish content across platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain engagement
- Maintain and update the team website, domain, and email systems
- Update marketing materials annually including Buyer Guides, Listing Presentations, and Toolkit CMAs
Listing & Operations Management
- Coordinate and complete all listing tasks from pre-listing through pending status
- Maintain CRM systems and team databases
- Organize and maintain Dropbox and digital files
- Maintain Google Calendar with all appointments, deadlines, recurring tasks, and to-do items
- Maintain sales spreadsheets and provide commission sheets for closings
- Update and maintain the Operations Manual quarterly as processes evolve
Client Experience & Events
- Plan and execute client appreciation events throughout the year
- Coordinate touch campaigns including:
- Bi-monthly postcards
- Monthly newsletters
- Holiday and client mailings
- Organize giveaways, contests, Reverse BOLD activities, and promotional campaigns
Team Collaboration
- Attend weekly in-person team meetings (currently Tuesdays at 11:00 AM)
- Attend office business and administrative meetings when possible
- Participate in client events and team functions
- Meet quarterly with the Team Leader to review progress and responsibilities

- Opus Clip
- ManyChat
- Social Media Platforms
- CRM Systems
