Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant Total Mouth Fitness | San Antonio, TX

About the Role

Total Mouth Fitness is a growing biological dental practice focused on whole-body health — airway, sleep, nutrition, and wellness. We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, tell our story, and support the doctors daily tasks.

This role is primarily marketing and content creation, with occasional personal assistant responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Film and edit short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website
• Create graphics, flyers, and educational materials using Canva
• Manage social media posting and content scheduling
• Help execute community events, workshops, and promotional initiatives
• Develop and maintain a content calendar

Brand Development

• Communicate our philosophy of biological dentistry and whole-body health
• Support new service launches and patient education campaigns
• Contribute to the growth of the Total Mouth Fitness brand and future wellness initiatives

Secondary Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage calendars and scheduling
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and continuing education events
• Track projects and follow up on action items
• Organize documents and administrative systems

Personal Assistant Support

• Run occasional errands and ship packages
• Coordinate appointments and vendors
• List and sell items online as needed
• Assist with miscellaneous personal projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong video editing skills
• Proficient with Canva and major social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Creative while maintaining professionalism
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality

Bonus Qualifications

• Photography or videography experience
• Marketing experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness
• Proven track record growing social media accounts
• Graphic design experience
• Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
