About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Marketing Coordinator to support the US Client. This role requires strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers, along with creativity to assist in marketing design projects using Canva.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to donors and sponsors for relationship management, fundraising, and engagement purposes.

• Maintain regular communication with donors, addressing queries and providing timely updates.

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and social media content using Canva.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fundraising and marketing activities.

• Keep accurate records of donor interactions and maintain updated contact lists.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and confident phone etiquette.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage donors and sponsors professionally.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva (designing posters, flyers, and digital content).

• Previous experience in donor relations, fundraising, or marketing will be an added advantage.
