Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) services awareness, generate leads, and support service growth. Your energetic approach will help coordinate diverse marketing initiatives, manage digital content, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with ADHC marketing goals.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content and collaborating with intake teams to meet participant admission targets.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce visually appealing marketing materials including banners, flyers, and digital ads.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences that inform strategic planning.
  • Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources while meeting project objectives.
  • Support management teams by developing promotional content that highlights service features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program Director Administrator, intake coordinator, and activity team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO strategies and social media marketing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies including email campaigns, print advertising, E-commerce platforms, and performance marketing tactics.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales support activities such as creating promotional materials that drive ADHC Service interest and revenue growth. Pay: $49,858.14 - $60,044.21 per year
