POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and upbeat Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help shape the voice and story of our organization—connecting people, ideas, and purpose through engaging communication. You’ll play a key role in developing and sharing messages that inform, inspire, educate, and build lasting relationships with our internal teams, patients, and community.

PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Messaging – Develop, edit, and deliver compelling external communication content, including but not limited to social media, billboards, printed marketing material, and website content.

Build Relationships - Serve as a friendly and professional representative of the organization when interacting with patients, partners, and community members.

Internal Communications – Foster strong internal communications that connect employees to the organization’s mission, promote transparency, and celebrate successes.

Brand & Reputation Management – Ensure all messaging and visuals reflect our brand values and maintain a consistent, positive image.

Support Events & Campaigns – Bring energy and creativity to the planning and promotion of health initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

Shine In-Person – Represent the organization as an ambassador within the public, at community events, and stakeholder engagements, demonstrating strong verbal communication, confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Be Ready for Anything – Assist in communicating clearly and calmly during sensitive or fast-moving situations.

Measure and Improve – Track communication results, gather feedback, and contribute fresh ideas to make our communication strategies even more effective.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Degree or Certifications in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields preferred but not required.

Exceptional written, verbal, and in-person communication skills, with proven ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and represent the organization professionally.

Proficiency with digital communication platforms, including content management systems, social media, and email marketing tools.

A keen eye for design quality, with a focus on maintaining consistency with brand identity.

Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines with organization and attention to detail.

Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to measure communication effectiveness.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Photography and videography, including shooting and editing.

A self-starter who works well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years’ professional experience in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:
This position could have access to patient confidential records and must comply with HIPAA
regulations as well as Compliance Policies.
