Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager
Southwest Florida Restaurant Group
We’re seeking a creative, self-starting marketing professional to help lead and execute marketing initiatives across our portfolio of restaurants and hospitality brands in Southwest Florida.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment and knows how to turn ideas into measurable results.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate is a motivated multitasker who can plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish — both online and in-store. You’ll collaborate with ownership and management teams to strengthen brand identity, drive customer traffic, and boost engagement across social, digital, and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Create content calendars and maintain a consistent brand voice for all venues.
Manage social media accounts, respond to engagement, and track growth and performance.
Produce and oversee creative materials including menus, flyers, ads, videos, signage, and email campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to drive improvement.
Manage SEO and website updates to increase visibility.
Coordinate special events and promotions, collaborating with venue management.
Work with vendors, photographers, and designers to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Provide weekly performance summaries and assist with budgeting and ad spend recommendations.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience (restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred).
Strong background in digital marketing and content creation.
Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Analytics, and design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and deliver creative results without constant supervision.
Photography, video editing, or basic design skills are a plus.
