Marketing Coordinator (No Relocation Provided)

The Marketing Coordinator – Creative & Digital reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and supports the planning, creation, and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content development, visual media production, digital optimization, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software support, and website co‑maintenance. Responsibilities include content copywriting; graphic design and multimedia creation; SEO/SEM and digital advertising execution; performance reporting; and shared website updates across global regions.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Copywriting

o Lead primary writing for website copy, social media, sales support documents, and email campaigns while ensuring relevance, tone, and brand consistency.

o Assist with making complex company products clear and compelling through benefits-driven copy for sales collateral, product guides, and web pages.

Graphic Design/Visual Media Production

o Image editing: Lead using Photoshop, Canva, and Generative AI tools to create, refine, and optimize images. Use generative AI tools to enhance images (e.g., upscaling, lighting adjustments, background cleanup) while ensuring polished, natural results and maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms.

o Video creation and support: Lead video and photography capture, video editing, scripting, voiceover, and publishing using Adobe Premier software and camera/microphone hardware. Exceptionally provide support for 3rd party video creation on complex projects.

o Brochure creation: Assist in creating and editing marketing collateral using Adobe design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Format to industry-accepted standards for printing and publishing on multiple platforms including advertising, brochures, social media, website, tradeshows graphics, etc.

o Social media: Assist with creative direction for social media visuals, ensuring brand alignment, content variety, posting consistency, and stakeholder approval.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Prospect-Leads Assistance

o Prospect Leads support: Assist with identifying potential growth leads and support outbound marketing efforts through measurable campaigns. Enter marketing leads into ERP/CRM software and notify sales teams of new leads.

o Marketing automation readiness: Assist with documenting lead management processes ahead of CRM/marketing automation rollout; support asset organization, tagging, and UTM setup to enable accurate reporting.

Digital Optimization

o SEO/SEM execution: Lead publishing and deploying on‑page fixes, content updates, and paid search optimizations; review monthly reports provided by Dynatect’s digital agency. Assist with converting monthly findings into changes that support continuous improvement

o Digital advertising: Assist with building and adapting assets and ad copy for social and paid campaigns to support a consistent 4×/month social posting cadence and ensure all advertising materials are submitted on time.

o Analytics & reporting: Lead monitoring monthly reports and performance dashboards provided by Dynatect’s digital agency; alert the Sr. Marketing Manager when significant positive or negative changes occur; provide a brief internal summary confirming the review and outlining any recommended start/stop/continue actions.

Website Co‑Maintenance (shared)

o Assist executing website content updates using WordPress on North America, Europe, and China sites; coordinate translations and timing with regional partners and use custom AI agents to assist with translation needs.

o Assist maintaining website best practices and work instructions, including updating internal guides, documenting repeatable processes, and capturing lessons learned to improve consistency and quality across global site updates.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill requests for product samples, printed literature, and digital assets (logo, photo, PDF) to support sales force.
  • Manage and monitor inventory of samples, literature, and promotional items; coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Assist with managing brand assets, including logos, PowerPoint templates, and domain/trademark usage.
  • Contribute recommendations for improved marketing resources through evaluation of competitive advertising, website, literature, etc.
  • Occasionally assist with trade shows and events under the direction of the Sr. Marketing Manager.
  • Other duties directed by the management of the company

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industrial B2B marketing experience including technical writing or writing for manufacturing products or services
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across stakeholders and time zones
  • Proficient updating content in a CMS (WordPress or similar) and performing basic site hygiene tasks
  • Experience with email marketing software
  • Digital execution: Hands-on SEO work (publishing and deploying improvements); GA4/Search Console proficiency; familiarity with paid search platforms (Google, Microsoft)
  • Proficient in video production (filming, editing, scripting) using Adobe Premiere, and skilled in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to effectively utilize windows-based office software including Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Be willing to learn a very diverse portfolio of industrial protection products and applications.
  • Be willing to work independently with moderate oversight.
  • Flexible and excited about working on a variety of projects and learning new skills.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvements and implement change initiatives with enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrate a sense of ownership and commitment to the business and customer interests.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support trade shows (typically 1-3 times per year).

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and campaign attribution
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Familiarity with using generative AI tool

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communications both internally and externally are critical to the success of this position.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software (preferred platforms include: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere)
  • Ability to effectively utilize windows-based office software including Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Be willing to learn a very diverse portfolio of industrial protection products and applications.
  • Be willing to work independently with moderate oversight.
  • Flexible and excited about working on a variety of projects and learning new skills.
