Marketing Coordinator (Outdoor Marketing)

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Aptech Metro Stargate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing outdoor marketing activities, coordinating promotional events, and building brand awareness through on-ground engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outdoor marketing campaigns, including field promotions and branding activities.
• Coordinate and manage marketing events, workshops, and outreach programs at schools, colleges, and public venues.
• Engage directly with potential students and parents to promote Aptech programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and institutions.
• Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, banners) and ensure proper brand visibility.
• Collect and report leads generated from field activities.
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th grade or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
• A self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude.
