Marketing Coordinator – Multi-brand Family Office

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives across multiple brands in commercial real estate, cannabis, and title insurance. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at coordinating digital marketing, events, outreach campaigns, creative production, and listing/media updates.

You will work directly with leadership to implement marketing strategies, manage both internal and external creative partners, and drive measurable growth in brand awareness, event participation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate Website & Creative Partners

Website Management

  • Coordinate with web development and SEO partners to manage site updates, performance, and optimization.
  • Oversee SEO, paid ads, GEO/AIO strategies, and content updates across multiple brand websites.
  • Assist with landing page creation, conversion improvements, and analytics tracking.

Creative Production

  • Manage creative vendors producing graphics, video content, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create/edit videos, graphics, flyers, offering memorandums (OMs), social media assets, and web content.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and messaging across multiple industries.

2. Events Coordination & Ticketing

  • Coordinate live and virtual events, including educational sessions, CE-approved classes, investor events, employee events, and industry workshops.
  • Manage registration funnels, ticketing platforms, event promotions, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Submit, track, and manage applications for continuing education (CE) approval when needed.
  • Oversee event logistics, marketing timelines, and attendee engagement.

3. Cold Outreach, Campaigns & Automations

  • Build and deploy outbound cold outreach campaigns via email, SMS, RVM, direct mail, chatbots, and AI-generated automations.
  • Manage list-building, data cleanup, skip tracing, filtering, and validation processes.
  • Create segmented drip campaigns and automated workflows to optimize lead generation and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continually improve based on metrics.

4. Listing Media & Digital Presence

  • Coordinate listing photography, videography, virtual tours, and media readiness for commercial properties.
  • Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP), directory listings, and social media channels.
  • Publish, update, and maintain listings across relevant real estate and cannabis platforms.
  • Assist in social posting schedules, engagement, and analytics tracking.

5. Job Postings & Talent Screening

  • Draft, post, and manage job listings across hiring platforms.
  • Review candidate submissions, pre-screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support internal hiring workflows and pipeline organization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to each brand’s audience.
  • Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and automation platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive advantages.
  • Track and maintain marketing budgets and scorecard items using EOS dashboard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, and entry-level basic HTML preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and list-building tools required.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and vendors simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging by industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Love and passion for people and live events.
  • Real estate or cannabis industry experience is a major plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
