Position Summary

Summit Properties USA is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of Triangle Town Center. This role is responsible for developing high-quality social media content, assisting with event creation and execution, producing on-brand marketing materials, and strengthening tenant and community engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to support initiatives that elevate the mall’s presence and drive community connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Development and Execution: Create and implement social media plans that support Triangle Town Center’s marketing objectives. Produce platform-appropriate content that reflects current trends, aligns with brand standards, and drives audience engagement.
  • Content Creation: Capture on-site photos and videos throughout the center, develop graphics in Canva, and create short-form video content. Participate in and develop trending content to enhance visibility and relevance.
  • Event Concepting and Coordination: Assist in creating event concepts for Triangle Town Center, including outlining ideas, identifying goals, and recommending themes or community partnerships.
  • Vendor and Partner Outreach: Communicate with vendors, local organizations, performers, and community partners to support event planning, participation, and logistics.
  • Event Marketing and Execution: Support the planning and execution of on-site events by assisting with setup, coordinating day-of activities, capturing content, and contributing to promotional efforts before, during, and after events.
  • Community and Tenant Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to identify opportunities for features, spotlights, promotions, and collaborative social content.
  • Campaign and Promotion Support: Develop digital assets for promotional campaigns, store announcements, sales highlights, seasonal messaging, and center-wide initiatives. Ensure all materials meet Summit Properties USA brand standards.
  • Online Presence Monitoring: Observe social media activity and emerging trends to identify opportunities for content improvement and enhanced performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Director of Marketing and the mall management team to maintain consistent messaging, uphold branding, and contribute to ongoing marketing plans.
  • Reporting and Organization: Provide weekly updates on content progress, social performance, event development, and tenant-focused opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and caption writing.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Professional, reliable, organized, and comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and the public.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Schedule Requirements

  • Required on-site workdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Weekend availability as needed for events or special promotions.

Benefits

  • $18 per hour, approximately 20 hours per week.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
