Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator (Part-Time)

Williams Architects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and content creation.

Marketing

• Social Media- Maintaining the firm’s voice/identity, highlighting new and past projects, highlighting events the firm participates in/sponsors, company news (new hires, promotions, awards, etc.)
• Website- Maintaining company website (WordPress), adhering to company guidelines, creating and adding new project pages, adding/removing team members, updating content as needed, updating/managing WordPress as needed
• Email- Emailing marketing/newsletter design and production using the Constant Contact portal
• Marketing Asset Management- Managing photos, templates, staff resumes, letterhead, and any other assets used in marketing the firm

Business Development

• RFQs/RFPs- Organizing the response design/production, including writing, graphic design, form completions, coordinating with consultants, quality control, final production, and delivery

Preferred Skills/Experience

· WordPress- Content management

· Adobe Creative Suite Experience- In order of importance:

o InDesign

o Photoshop

o Illustrator

· Graphic Design

· Writing and editing- Including professional writing for proposals/forms and communications, social media, and email copywriting

· Social media content strategy and production- In order of importance:

o LinkedIn

o Instagram

o Facebook

o Constant Contact

· Basic photography

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Microsoft Teams
