Marketing Coordinator (part-time, contract)

Part-Time Marketing Coordinator | VIBE Realty | Saint Paul / Minneapolis, MN

VIBE Realty is growing and we’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to help support our brand, content, events, and agent marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional corporate real estate environment. We are a modern independent brokerage focused on creating a five-star experience for both our clients and our agents through exceptional branding, storytelling, design, marketing, and culture.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about creativity, social media, events, organization, and helping bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Help With

• Social media scheduling and coordination
• Assisting with content creation and marketing campaigns
• Email newsletters and email marketing support
• Event planning and coordination
• Ordering and organizing marketing materials and merchandise
• Helping coordinate listing marketing assets
• Office branding and presentation
• Vendor coordination
• Light graphic design and Canva work
• Website and recruiting campaign updates
• Supporting the leadership team with marketing initiatives and special projects

The Ideal Candidate

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator with positive energy
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Creative eye for branding, marketing, and aesthetics
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, TikTok, and modern marketing tools
• Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Loves great design, culture, hospitality, and people

Bonus points if you have:

• Real estate experience
• Event planning experience
• Social media/content creation experience
• Photography/video/design skills
• Experience with CRM or marketing systems
