Marketing Coordinator – Premier HVAC Services
Full-Time | Mon–Fri | $50K | Office-Based with Community Involvement

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention for our HVAC, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of marketing, photography and/or video content creation, and digital media experience preferred
- Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, graphic design software, etc.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- ️ Familiarity with paid advertising is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives developed by leadership
- Social Media & Digital Marketing - Develop and publish engaging content across platforms
- Schedule, monitor, and respond to digital engagement
- On-Site Media & Community Presence - Capture high-quality photos at job sites and events, build & maintain a content library for ongoing marketing use
- Maintain marketing calendar and promotional schedules
- Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and campaign reporting systems
