We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
Marketing Coordinator & Receptionist
to join our clinic. This role combines front-desk operations with marketing coordination, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supporting the clinic’s growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Services:

Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling

Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries

Register patients and update electronic medical records
-
Verify insurance eligibility and process approvals

Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts
-
Follow up on missed appointments and treatment plans
-
Maintain daily patient flow and collection reports
Marketing & Social Media:

Assist in implementing monthly marketing plans

Supervise clinic social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Create and post content (reels, educational posts, promotional offers) in coordination with the marketing agency

Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
-
Respond to online reviews and manage clinic reputation

Track patient inquiries and conversion rates
-
Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports

Coordinate with doctors to create educational content

Support community outreach initiatives and partnerships
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

Experience in medical or dental clinic reception

Experience in social media management and content creation

Knowledge of insurance processing

Strong communication skills in
Arabic and English
