Marketing Coordinator - SUMMER

We are seeking a part-time or full-time seasonal Marketing Coordinator to join our Stagestep team for the summer months working HYBRID at our Gerflor USA Bolingbrook office location.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with coordinating marketing projects, executing campaigns, managing timelines and deliverables, supporting digital and social media strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing strategies for our dance flooring solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to build brand and product awareness within targeted segments and audiences.
• Ensure all communications align with Stagestep’s brand identity, voice, and tone.
• Support development and scheduling of social media content across platforms.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate development of video content and other multimedia.
• Coordinate design and production of marketing brochures, sample binders, flyers, etc.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and sponsorships.
• Assist in preparing sales and promotional presentations.

Requirements include:

• H.S. diploma. Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications a plus
• Experience in marketing support, digital marketing or related
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong computer experience
• Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Part -Time: Monday – Thursday (up to 30 hours weekly) OR Full-Time: Monday – Friday

After initial training period, HYBRID is available.

Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a preemployment background check and drug screen.
