THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Video & Social Media Focus) to support our clients’ content and community growth. This is a growth role: you’ll start small with trial projects, but over time, you’ll learn the ins and outs of marketing and take on more ownership.

The right candidate is intelligent, coachable, and proactive — someone who’s social media savvy, skilled at writing and research, curious about AI tools, and eager to grow into a larger role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (STARTING OUT0

  • Support social media content and community management (posting, scheduling, engagement).
  • Assist with video marketing projects (editing, repurposing, distribution).
  • Conduct outreach and research for partnerships, podcast guests, and blog opportunities.
  • Draft and edit content for blogs, captions, and campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows and spark creative ideas.

HOW YOU'LL GROW

As you build confidence, you’ll take on more responsibility, such as:

  • Managing client social accounts end-to-end.
  • Driving community engagement strategies.
  • Leading outreach for partnerships, podcasts, and collaborations.
  • Supporting SEO, copywriting, and digital strategy.
  • Overseeing projects and campaigns in our project management system (Asana).

  • Social media savvy – knows the platforms, trends, and how to build communities.
  • Strong communicator – clear writing, confident project updates, strong outreach skills.
  • Organized project manager – able to juggle tasks, timelines, and client needs.
  • Curious researcher – resourceful in finding opportunities, guests, and content ideas.
  • AI-friendly – eager to explore and apply AI tools.
  • Growth mindset – coachable, adaptable, and hungry to learn.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing support (internships and freelance work count).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Comfort with video content (editing, posting, or repurposing).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

DETAILS

  • Job Type: Part-time, Contract (with growth potential)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours
  • Location: Remote and/or from our offices in San Juan
