Marketing Coordinator / Generalist – CNC Machine Tools
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our marketing department. This is a true “generalist” role where you will wear many hats—from managing social media accounts and drafting marketing copy to coordinating events and tracking campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy multitasker who is eager to learn all facets of marketing and contribute to a growing industrial brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Assist with the rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and print platforms.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and internal communications.
Content Creation
- Draft engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, customer communications, and monthly newsletters.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
- Monitor engagement, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist with content calendars and posting schedules.
Event Coordination
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows, customer events, webinars, open houses, and community events.
- Coordinate promotional materials, registrations, and event follow-up activities.
Administrative & Website Support
- Maintain marketing folders, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Update website content through the company CMS platform.
- Assist with inventory and organization of marketing collateral.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, campaign performance, and social engagement.
- Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Essential Skills
Writing & Communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Creative & Design Skills
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Good visual judgment for social media graphics and marketing materials.
Technology & Software
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and marketing tools quickly.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
Organization & Multitasking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
5-10 years of marketing experience; internships are encouraged
Software
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic CMS knowledge, Graphic Design, Adobe software.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
