About the Role

We’re looking for a remote Marketing & Creative Assistant who can jump into a variety of tasks—supporting product launches, creating marketing assets, and helping execute brand initiatives across platforms like Amazon, email, and webinars. This is a project-based 1099 contractor position (not a W-2), ideal for someone who combines creative execution (design, image editing, basic video editing) with marketing and operational thinking (launching products, AI research, campaign coordination).

This is not a social media specific role, though you may assist with content calendars or light copywriting. We’re seeking someone available for 6–12 months, with the potential to extend depending on project fit and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in launching new products on platforms like Amazon, including content creation for listings (images, copy, video)
• Assist in upcoming product launches and trade show preparation
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for market and keyword research —then compile and present findings clearly
• Create or refine visual content: lifestyle graphics, infographics, product photos, and basic video editing using Canva or Adobe
• Coordinate content for emails, blogs, and webinars
• Help organize and maintain editorial calendars
• Assist in other odd and end projects such as influencer outreach, advertising assistance (audience research, creating visuals, etc.), monitoring platforms, basic data entry as needed, etc.
• Take initiative, offer creative solutions, and collaborate with the marketing team to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

• U.S.-based candidates only
• Contract 1099 role—no W2/W9, no employee benefits
• Must be available to work remotely during normal business hours (CST) - Monday-Friday from 8am - 4:30pm CST
• Comfortable with quick turnarounds and wearing many hats
• Experience with basic graphic or video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong written communication skills and solid instincts for branding & marketing
• Strong initiative, fast learner, curious mindset—this role will grow based on your strengths
