Responsibilities

- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials aligned with campaign goals.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to optimize content for search engine visibility and increased organic traffic.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including management of paid advertising campaigns like Facebook Advertising and Google Ads.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to analyze engagement metrics and refine content strategies accordingly.
- Assist in conversion optimization efforts by applying best practices in SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
- Support the creation of content management system (CMS) updates using WordPress or similar platforms, ensuring website content remains fresh and relevant.
- Conduct A/B testing for email marketing campaigns to improve open rates and click-through rates, leveraging insights from analytics data.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, including SEO, B2B marketing strategies, e-commerce developments, HTML/CSS coding basics, JavaScript or SQL for data analysis when needed.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads, and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Strong content creation skills with excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms and executing social media marketing campaigns effectively.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) for website updates and maintenance.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for web content customization; familiarity with SQL is a plus for data analysis tasks.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture leads and engage audiences consistently.
- Ability to analyze digital campaign performance data to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
