Position Overview: The Marketing and Creative Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing content and creative design functions for IMC Logistics.
Essential Job Duties:
Creative/Material Design
-
Create and maintain brand consistency for IMC PowerPoint templates.

Develop and design high-quality printed and digital marketing materials.

Review all creative materials to ensure they reflect brand identity/goals.

Continue to build photo asset libraries on the Marketing Shared Drive, including video files.
Social Media
-
Respond to and elevate post comments that need addressing.

Organize and post regional content in collaboration with VP. Design graphics, photos, videos for posts as needed.

Coordinate with Creative Team and send social media prompts for strategic regional content. Utilize content to create reels/stories and posts for regional focus.
Website/SharePoint

Create videos from footage or photos to be integrated into website.

Manage the design and publication of graphics for company news and post in Newsroom.

Work with VP on content planning to create imagery and posting of all content for SharePoint and HQ monitors.
Driver Newsletters & Emails

Create graphics/videos for Driver Newsletters and create imagery for GLEEP push.

Manage driver recruiting emails to support the Recruiting Team; design series of 3 emails for 6-week schedule.
Company Store/Promo Items

Manage and order all promo items ensuring brand identity guidelines are followed.

Maintain internal inventory of items and ship to regions as needed.

Oversee the Company Store with HALO; refresh items offered as needed.
Other Duties
-
Assist with event preparation including booth materials as needed.

Other projects, as assigned.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing communication or another relevant field. Possess a solid understanding of design best practices.

2+ years of experience in marketing.

A solid understanding of design best practices.

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
-
Attention to detail and understanding that everything published reflects the IMC Logistics brand.

Project management skills including ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
