including Bayn Coffee, Sigma Café, Daily Press, Form Roastery, and Drip

Coffee, Super Fine Gelato.

The Opportunity

AKME Group is seeking a Marketing & Creative Executive to lead brand,

content, and creative production across the Group's portfolio. The role

is based at our Al Ain head office and reports directly to the Chief

Executive Officer.

This is a hands-on position for a creative professional who can operate

fluently across marketing strategy, graphic design, and photography —

producing campaigns, designing brand collateral, and capturing original

visual content for all AKME outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

- Develop and execute monthly content strategy across the AKME portfolio

- Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, product launches, and outlet

activations

- Manage social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Google

Business profiles for all outlets

- Monitor performance metrics and present monthly reports to leadership

Design

- Produce in-house design for menus, packaging, signage, print

collateral, and digital assets

- Adapt master brand guidelines across multiple sub-brands while

preserving each identity

- Coordinate with external designers, printers, and fabricators as

required

Photography & Content Production

- Plan and execute photoshoots for food, beverage, product, and outlet

environments

- Capture lifestyle, editorial, and behind-the-scenes content

- Edit and retouch images to AKME's visual standard

- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok

Coordination

- Liaise with outlet managers to identify stories and operational

moments worth amplifying

- Maintain a centralised brand asset library

- Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and freelance creatives

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related

discipline

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in marketing, content, or

creative production

- F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferred

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro

- Demonstrated photography and videography skills supported by a strong

portfolio

- Refined eye for minimal, premium design and typography

- Proven experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels

- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is an

advantage

- Based in Al Ain, or willing to relocate to Al Ain

- Valid UAE driving licence preferred

- Portfolio submission is mandatory
