Position Overview
Government Services Exchange (GSE) is seeking a senior-level Marketing & Creative Leader to architect, lead, and scale the entire marketing engine across our government contracting ecosystem.
GSE serves small businesses nationwide by helping them navigate and win in the government contracting space. We specialize in certifications (WOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.), bid writing, compliance, registrations, and full cycle govcon strategy. Our marketing must reflect authority, trust, performance, and scale.
This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will own strategy, execution, creative direction, and team leadership across all marketing channels while building structured systems that drive measurable revenue growth.

This role is for a strategic marketing operator who can build campaigns, lead creative, manage people, drive accountability, and connect marketing directly to revenue growth inside a scaling government contracting company.

Core Responsibilities
1. Company-Wide Marketing Strategy & Leadership
2. Lead Generation & Revenue Marketing
Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (paid ads, email, organic social, partnerships, webinars).
Optimize funnels for:
Improve cost-per-acquisition and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead quality and closing ratios.
Build authority positioning campaigns around government policy changes and procurement updates.
3. Creative Direction & Brand Authority
Lead all creative messaging and positioning across:
Establish GSE as a trusted authority in government contracting.
Oversee development of:
Maintain brand consistency across sub-brands and product lines.
4. Digital Infrastructure & Automation
5. Project & Creative Operations Management
6. Analytics, Reporting & Executive Insights
Deliver monthly marketing performance dashboards.
Track:
Present quarterly marketing performance to executive leadership.
Continuously test and refine campaigns for scale and efficiency.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience driving measurable revenue growth.
Experience with B2G (Business-to-Government) marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of:
Experience with:
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
