Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 2,500 + Performance Incentives

Job Summary

QSales is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, supporting sales conversion, coordinating marketing content, managing social media interactions, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Sales

* Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries

* Follow up missed calls and customer requests

* Respond to WhatsApp inquiries

* Monitor and reply to Instagram and Facebook comments and direct messages

* Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, and general support

* Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution

* Support inquiry-to-sale conversion

Customer Support Team Coordination

* Monitor daily customer support activities

* Ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly

* Review response quality and customer communication

* Assist in maintaining customer service standards

Content & Marketing Coordination

* Maintain and manage content calendar

* Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors

* Prepare captions, content briefs, and publishing schedules

* Plan Instagram stories, reels, and feed content

* Ensure content is posted according to schedule

* Maintain a minimum of 2–3 days of ready content at all times

* Prepare simple marketing performance reports

Requirements

* Previous experience in Customer Support, Sales, Marketing Coordination, or a similar role

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Arabic language skills will be an advantage

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

* Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and online customer service

* Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

* Missed Calls Not Returned = 0

* Faster Customer Response Time

* Increased Inquiry-to-Sale Conversion

* Content Posted According to Schedule

* Minimum 2–3 Days Content Ready at All Times

* Improved Customer Satisfaction
