About the Role:

We’re hiring a Paid Marketing Data Analyst to analyze and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other PPC platforms. You’ll turn data into actionable insights, create dashboards, improve ROI, and support media buyers, strategists, and clients with accurate reporting and performance recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track & analyze campaign data across all major ad platforms
  • Build dashboards/reports (Looker Studio, Excel, Power BI)
  • Evaluate KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR) & recommend improvements
  • Monitor attribution, funnels & user behavior via GA4 + UTM tracking
  • Assist with tracking setup (pixels, GTM, CAPI, events)
  • Provide insights on audiences, creatives & channel mix
  • Support A/B tests, budget optimization & performance deep dives
  • Identify trends, anomalies & growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Data/Analytics field
  • 2–4 years in performance marketing analytics
  • Strong GA4, Meta/Google Ads reporting & UTM knowledge
  • Experience with Looker Studio + Excel/Sheets (Pivots, VLOOKUP)
  • Understanding of funnels, attribution & media KPIs
  • Agency experience preferred

  • SQL/BigQuery
  • GA/Meta certifications
  • Server-side tracking & CAPI knowledge
  • Budget forecasting/predictive modeling
