Team Leader / Marketing Manager

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Forex Brokerage Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the forex industry.
• Coordinate with sales and compliance teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
• Ensure brand visibility and business growth in target markets.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Forex Brokerage operations and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2. Compliance Officer

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the Forex Brokerage Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor KYC, AML, and client onboarding procedures.
• Review and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
• Conduct internal compliance checks and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with management regarding regulatory updates and requirements.
• Assist in handling audits and compliance-related inquiries.
• Ensure all company activities follow legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Forex Brokerage compliance regulations.
• Understanding of AML, KYC, and risk management procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
