Job Overview (3 positions; please read carefully)
(1) Marketing Planning and Strategic Lead
This role integrates the responsibilities brand strategy, campaign planning, team guidance and multi-channel execution tolead and shape the firm’s overall marketing direction. The ideal candidate is both a planner and an operator, someone who can translate insights into strategy, lead initiatives across teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes in a fast-growing international law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support firmwide business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, market visibility initiatives and long-term strategic planning.
- Provide direction to marketing team members and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning across digital and traditional channels.
2. Campaign & Content Strategy
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand exposure and client acquisition.
- Lead content planning, storytelling, and messaging strategies across website, social media and advertising.
- Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to launch effective marketing initiatives.
3. Project & Team Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing team, delegate responsibilities and track performance.
- Coordinate workflows with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor junior team members and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
4. Analytics & Market Insights
- Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive data to inform strategy.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and present key findings to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional marketing experience, including strategic planning responsibilities.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level marketing role.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive measurable business results.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Experience in law firms, professional services or B2B marketing.

(2) Digital Marketing Content Writer
This role focuses on website planning, routine content creation and structured copywriting rather than creative conceptual campaigns. The ideal candidate will help build and maintain user-friendly digital platforms while producing consistent content that supports SEO, user engagement and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Planning and UX Support
- Plan and structure websites and landing pages based on UX and UI best practices.
- Develop sitemaps, wireframes, navigation systems and content layouts.
- Review website performance and recommend improvements for usability and clarity.
- Work closely with SEO and design teams to ensure content alignment and optimization.
2. Routine Content Creation and Copywriting
- Write and publish consistent content for websites, blogs and service pages.
- Create structured copy that explains legal topics clearly and supports SEO goals.
- Adjust tone and messaging to align with brand guidelines across digital channels.
- Assist with drafting captions, posts, and basic promotional materials.
3. Social Media and Engagement Support
- Produce and schedule posts or major social media platforms.
- Support engagement through platform monitoring and community interactions.
- Apply trending formats and data insights to improve visibility and reach.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track website and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide data-driven recommendations based on user behavior and campaign insights
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in website planning, content production or digital marketing.
- Understanding of basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Ability to create structured documentation including wireframes and sitemaps.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to deliver clear and consistent copy.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital publishing workflows.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Understanding of accessibility practices and inclusive design.

(3) Google CPC Performance Marketer
This role focuses on Google Ads (Search/Display), SEO/SEM optimization, keyword strategy, landing page performance and data-driven advertising execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-focused and able to turn insights into high-impact campaigns that generate quality leads for the firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search and Display campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research including negative keyword optimization.
- Manage daily bidding, budget pacing, and ad placements to ensure maximum ROI.
- Create testing variations for ad copy and improve CTR through structured A/B testing.
2. SEO & SEM Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and conversion potential.
- Collaborate with the web/SEO team to improve rankings for high-intent legal keywords.
- Utilize SEM techniques to enhance visibility and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
3. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, event tracking, and attribution.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to guide campaign direction.
4. Conversion & Landing Page Optimization (CRO)
- Work with content and web teams to improve landing page quality scores and conversions.
- Recommend improvements to layout, calls-to-action, content flow and mobile performance.
- Conduct A/B tests and review heatmaps/session recordings (if applicable).
5. Budget, Compliance & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Ensure campaigns follow monthly budgets and meet Google Ads policy requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, marketing strategists and cross-border operation teams.
- Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives that align with firmwide goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search & Display).
