Marketing & Design Associate

We’re seeking a Marketing & Design Associate who can translate ideas into thoughtful visuals while maintaining strong organization behind the scenes. We are a growing lifestyle tea brand focused on delivering high-quality drinks and a thoughtfully designed in-store experience. We care deeply about every detail—from product to visuals to customer experience—and are looking for someone who shares our eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.

Description

This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and strong ownership. You will be responsible for bringing brand ideas to life through thoughtful visual design, while also supporting day-to-day operational needs that keep the team running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute creative projects, manage multiple priorities, and ensure all tasks—both creative and operational—are completed with accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable shifting between design work and hands-on support as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong sense of design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks from start to finish. You are equally comfortable creating visual content and handling operational responsibilities with care and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong visual sense with an understanding of lifestyle-driven branding
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Photography and content creation experience
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels / TikTok)
  • Experience with additional design tools (Figma, Sketch, InDesign, etc.)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and print production
  • Experience in photography, including lighting and photo editing
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly

Compensation

$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Preferred Skills:

  • Chinese/Mandarin language skills are strongly preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
