Marketing & Design Coordinator

Harvest Creative Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to help bring brands and stories to life through compelling visuals, digital strategy, and consistent messaging. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with an understanding of marketing strategy and a passion for cultivating excellence across all digital and print platforms.

This role plays a key part in executing creative projects, managing content calendars, and supporting campaigns that help our clients grow their impact and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print materials including graphics, social media content, flyers, and presentations.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, web, and print).
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
• Coordinate social media strategy, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
• Support creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and branding projects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure all deliverables align with brand vision and goals.
• Help maintain brand standards across all client and internal materials.
• Manage and organize digital assets, photo/video libraries, and design templates.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a design, marketing, or communications role (agency experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creativity, excellence, and delivering high-impact content.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
