Job Overview
We're hiring a Marketing & Design Coordinator to support the execution of marketing programs across 3–5 client accounts. You'll work directly under senior strategists and account leads, executing the day-to-day work that keeps client programs moving — emails, LinkedIn content, HubSpot campaigns, design assets, conference logistics, and the dozens of small details that compound into great work.
You will be at the heart of client relationships and communications. As the day-to-day point of contact across your accounts, you're often the first person clients hear from in the morning and the last touch they have at the end of the day. The way you write an email, follow up on a request, recap a meeting, organize a Slack thread, or proactively check in — that's the texture clients remember. Relationships and communications aren't soft skills here. They're the job.
Design is the second named pillar of this role. Roughly a third of your week will be in Canva (with light Adobe support) producing the LinkedIn graphics, social tiles, email headers, one-pagers, and conference inserts that keep our clients looking sharp. We're not hiring a designer — we're hiring a marketer who can design. The eye matters as much as the execution speed.
This is not a strategy seat. The strategy is set by the senior team. Your job is to execute it cleanly, accurately, and on time. If you do that consistently — and if clients come to trust your communications and your eye — the path to broader ownership opens up quickly.
This is a role for someone who sweats the details. If you've ever sent an email with a date in the body that didn't match the date in the header, this isn't the job for you. We proof everything. We fact-check everything. The accuracy of a date, the polish of a deck, the tone of an email — that's the work.
Duties
- Lead the art direction for various marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all channels·
- Develop and refine branding elements including logos, color schemes, and typography to maintain brand consistency
- Create engaging motion graphics and digital art for videos, social media, and web content using Canva, Adobe, Gemini Ai and Genspark
- Be the day-to-day relationship and communications hub for 3–5 client accounts. Client teams, internal Proxy colleagues, conference organizers, vendors, design partners, and the prospects we're turning into clients — you're in the middle of all of it. People should want to work with you
- Draft and send client-facing communications — meeting recaps, follow-up emails, status updates, LinkedIn posts, conference briefs, blog drafts. Voice-appropriate, light editing required, never sloppy
- Execute multi-channel marketing programs across your accounts under the direction of senior strategists — campaigns, email sequences, LinkedIn content, webinar promotion, conference support
- Live in HubSpot. You'll be in it every day — building emails, segmenting lists, setting up workflows, tracking performance, pulling reports. This is core, not occasional· Support conference execution and brand activations at events

- Strong presentation skills with experience using InVision or similar tools for prototyping and client reviews
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- Genuine relationship-builder. Warm, responsive, organized, and easy to work with — both internally and externally. Clients should feel like they're in good hands the moment you join the email thread, and your colleagues should feel like the work moves faster when you're on it
- Excellent written communication. You can draft a client follow-up, a meeting recap, a LinkedIn post, or a conference brief that lands the right tone the first time. Voice-matching across multiple clients comes naturally
- 2–4 years of marketing experience at an agency or in-house at a B2B company. Demand gen, content marketing, account management, or marketing operations backgrounds all welcome
- Strong Canva execution with a portfolio of LinkedIn graphics, social tiles, and branded marketing assets. Light Adobe (Photoshop and/or Illustrator) for touch-ups, resizing, and basic edits. You can take a brand kit and produce on-brand work without going off-script — and you have an eye for what looks good, not just what fits the template
- Working knowledge of HubSpot — list management, email building, basic workflows, reporting dashboards. If you used HubSpot two years ago and haven't touched it since, this is the wrong fit
- Obsessive attention to detail. Date mismatches, broken links, typos in subject lines, wrong client names — these are the kinds of mistakes you catch before they go out, every time
- Self-starter mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do. You read the brief, understand the goal, and move
