Position Overview

A dynamic marketing professional, which embraces the use of AI tools to enhance the quality and quantity of content creation, responsible for supporting the Marketing Department through design and execution of multi-channel marketing communications, reporting directly to the Marketing Director and collaborating with the Digital Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative

  • Design visually appealing materials for:
    • Email campaigns
    • Print collateral
    • Digital advertisements
    • Social media graphics
    • Website
    • Newsletters
    • Tradeshow graphics
    • Presentations
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all creative assets
  • Create and manage digital asset library

Video Production & Social Media

  • Create and edit short-form video content for marketing campaigns
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for video projects
  • Edit footage using industry-standard software
  • Add graphics, music, and transitions to video content
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
  • Optimize content for different platforms and channels

Email Marketing & Communications

  • Assist Digital Content Creator with campaign execution
  • Draft compelling email copy and content for various marketing campaigns
  • Build and optimize email templates in ClickDimensions and other marketing automation platforms
  • Manage email distribution lists and segment audiences
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all email communications
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance

Marketing Schedule Management

  • Help manage and maintain weekly marketing schedule
  • Ensure cross-departmental transparency in marketing initiatives
  • Upload and maintain marketing lists as assigned
  • Coordinate with various departments for content and timing of marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in marketing communications
  • Proficiency in:
  • Experience with marketing/design relevant AI tools (ex. Midjourney)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • ClickDimensions or similar email platforms
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • WordPress
  • Social media management platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations
