Lit Energy Solar Solutions is seeking a skilled and creative Marketing & Design Specialist with strong experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design tools, marketing campaigns, and brand development, with the ability to create impactful visuals and support the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects are an advantage).
• Experience using Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for layout and digital design.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar tools for managing and tracking campaigns.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, produce high-quality visuals, and maintain consistent branding.
• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of marketing messaging.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content planning.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, presentations, and digital assets.
• Create and manage social media content, including graphics, captions, and post scheduling.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Produce or edit basic video content for promotional and social media use (advantageous).
• Work with internal teams to align visual communication with product and brand strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all print and digital materials.
• Assist with website content updates, layout improvements, and visual branding.
• Conduct market research to support campaign planning and identify new growth opportunities.
• Track and analyse engagement metrics to optimise marketing performance.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Salary Range : 2500-4000 AED
