About the Role

As our Marketing & Design Specialist, you'll be an essential part of how we show up for our real estate clients every day. The core focus of this role is producing the marketing pieces our real estate agent clients rely on for us to promote their listings and events — think Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, and Broker's Open graphics. You'll bring these to life through polished, on-brand designs that help our agents stand out in a competitive market.

This is an in-person position based at our New Smyrna Beach office, where you'll work closely with our team in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design real estate marketing pieces for our agent clients, including Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, and Broker's Open graphics — delivered accurately and on time
• Create and edit content using Canva (expert level) and Adobe Creative Suite (expert level)
• Manage and adhere to content schedules and deadlines
• Support sales and operations teams with timely, on-brand marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Manage tasks independently with little to no supervision
• Stay organized, on task, and accountable for deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a marketing or design-related role
• Expert-level proficiency in Canva
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong creative eye with attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions quickly
• Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required
