Marketing, Design & Web Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing, Design & Web Specialist to support both our firm and our affiliated financial advisor clients. This is a hands-on, in-office role responsible for marketing execution, professional creative production, and website development and maintenance.

This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand presence for both the firm and financial advisors through integrated campaigns, compliant marketing materials, and well-designed, functional websites. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, organized, and comfortable working within the regulatory standards of the financial services industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage email marketing programs including content development, design, segmentation, scheduling, and analytics
  • Support advisor marketing initiatives including client outreach campaigns and promotional efforts
  • Conduct market research and provide performance reporting insights

Creative Design & Production

  • Design and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, email templates, social graphics, and event collateral
  • Maintain brand standards across firm and advisor materials
  • Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors
  • Manage creative templates and asset libraries

Website Development & Management

  • Build, update, and maintain firm and advisor websites
  • Manage website content, graphics, and structural updates
  • Ensure websites are professionally designed, optimized for user experience, and aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate hosting platforms, domain management, and vendor relationships when necessary
  • Monitor website performance and basic SEO optimization

Collaboration & Organization

  • Work closely with leadership, compliance, sales teams, and financial advisors
  • Maintain organized marketing calendars and project timelines
  • Support event marketing and in-office promotional initiatives
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (required)
  • 2+ years of financial services marketing experience (required)
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining websites (required)
  • Proficiency in website platforms and content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
  • Strong graphic design expertise with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required; Premiere a plus)
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign analytics
  • Understanding of financial services compliance and marketing regulations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work directly with financial advisors

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field preferred.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys combining strategy, design, and web development in a collaborative, in-office environment. The right candidate will take ownership, deliver polished work, and play a meaningful role in supporting both firm growth and advisor success.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
