Marketing Designer

Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No Weekends)
Compensation: $22–$28 per hour DOE

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our team in Salem, Oregon. In this role, you’ll work directly under our SVP of Creative to design and produce marketing materials that support our “Best Of” contests across the country. From digital assets to print collateral, you’ll bring ideas to life that help drive engagement, brand consistency, and sales support.

What You’ll Do

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including:
• Website assets (banners, landing pages, graphics)
• Print materials (flyers, posters, event collateral)
• Sales and promotional materials (presentations, one-sheets, proposals)
• Branding assets that ensure a consistent look and feel across campaigns
• Work closely with the SVP of Creative to execute design concepts and maintain brand standards.
• Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling designs.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare final files for both digital and print production.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional design experience, preferably in marketing, branding, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for both web and print.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio that highlights your design range and creativity.
