Graphic Design + Marketing Strategy

A1 Tablecloth Company is seeking a highly creative and trend-aware Marketing Designer to join our growing marketing team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a corporate graphic designer with active participation in marketing development, campaign strategy, and product positioning. The ideal candidate is both visually driven and strategically minded. Someone who can design compelling marketing materials while contributing ideas that strengthen brand identity, customer engagement, and product storytelling.

The Marketing Designer will play a key role in supporting product launches, digital marketing initiatives, social media content, educational materials, and overall brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Development

  • Design marketing e-mails and HubSpot campaigns
  • Create advertisements, brochures, inserts, promotional materials, and branded collateral
  • Develop social media graphics and digital marketing assets
  • Build e-books, digital catalogs, and product showcases
  • Edit and prepare fabric photography for marketing use
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across campaigns, launches, and seasonal collections
  • Assist with creative direction and overall brand presentation

Product Marketing & Content Creation

  • Organize and manage marketing assets for new fabrics and collections
  • Collaborate on naming new fabric prints and product collections
  • Develop educational materials and support documents for the sales team
  • Update cheat sheets, swatch materials, and product collateral
  • Support swatch and sample marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to marketing content development for web, e-mail, print, and social channels

Marketing Strategy & Trend Awareness

  • Participate in campaign planning and marketing strategy discussions
  • Identify emerging event, wedding, hospitality, and décor trends
  • Provide input on product marketing and brand positioning
  • Apply strong aesthetic judgment and trend forecasting to creative decisions
  • Help align creative assets with business objectives and customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related creative role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Experience with e-mail marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
