Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Designer & Coordinator to join our team in Emeryville. You’ll be the bridge between our product assets and our customers, turning raw photos into high-performing digital, print, and in-store content. This role is perfect for a creative who is fluent in traditional design but excited about using Generative AI to speed up and scale content creation.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaigns & Launches: Create all visual assets for sales, marketing campaigns, and seasonal launch events.
• Digital Advertising: Design high-performing graphics for Meta ads, Google Display, and digital billboards.
• Web & Catalog: Assist in website catalog building and design engaging banners and landing page assets.
• Social & AI Video: Use modern Gen AI tools to transform product photos into dynamic Shorts, Reels, and TikTok ads.
• Email Marketing: Design and prep weekly marketing emails to drive retention.
• Print & In-Store: Create brochures, flyers, and in-store visual assets (signage, displays, and point-of-sale materials).
• Collaboration: Work daily with our on-site photographer and design team to maintain brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• AI Curiosity: Experience (or a strong desire to learn) AI tools.
• Local Presence: Ability to work 100% on-site at our Emeryville office.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
