Marketing Designer & Digital Specialist

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Marketing Designer & Digital Specialist to support our marketing team. This role focuses on creating email campaigns, digital materials, and print materials that align with our brand and support our sales team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can execute quickly, stay organized, and maintain consistency across all marketing pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build email campaigns
• Create digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social graphics
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotions, product launches, and campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with website updates
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Pardot or similar)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Clear communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to create marketing materials that align with brand voice and messaging
• Comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with internal teams
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
