Marketing Designer (Print + Digital)

Intro

Join our creative marketing team in Cheyenne, WY! We’re seeking a Marketing Designer who loves combining photo-based layouts, clean typography, and brand storytelling. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling print and digital marketing materials that support our real estate brand and showcase the character of Wyoming living.

You’ll collaborate with a creative in-house marketing team and a network of ~100 agents and staff to produce brochures, flyers, ads, signage, and digital campaigns that bring our properties and community to life. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on photo-forward composition, clean design, and meaningful visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral across print and digital channels (brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and social graphics/video).
• Combine photography and text to craft strong, cohesive layouts that reflect brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency and achieve campaign goals.
• Prepare print-ready files and digital assets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize and troubleshoot print production machinery.
• Organize and manage creative assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay current with marketing, design, and real-estate trends to keep materials fresh and effective.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing design (real estate or agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required); Photoshop and Canva experience strongly preferred.
• Strong eye for layout, composition, and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, interpersonal communication, and time management.
• Must work on-site in Cheyenne, WY (82009).
