NATA LELE Beauty Salon – Full-Time Position

We are looking for a female Digital Marketing Specialist to join our beauty salon on a full-time, on-site basis.

We are seeking a creative, organized, and strategic professional who will manage the entire marketing area, helping us attract new clients and strengthen our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Content creation (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
• Photography and video production of treatments and salon work.
• Management and optimization of Google Business Profile.
• Planning and execution of advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads).
• Client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Performance analysis and reporting.
• Development and maintenance of brand identity and communication.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Knowledge of photography and video editing.
• Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
