Job Summary:

Bruks Siwertell is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to support and enhance the company’s brand presence across multiple platforms and business sectors. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives, marketing communications, website content, email campaigns, multimedia projects, and promotional materials that strengthen engagement with both existing and prospective customers.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills, marketing creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environment. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and manage marketing and communications campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, and print platforms.
  • Create and maintain website content using content management systems (CMS).
  • Design and deploy email marketing campaigns utilizing HTML and drag-and-drop email builders.
  • Maintain and manage marketing calendars for campaigns, promotions, events, and company communications.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to understand business objectives and communication needs.
  • Draft and develop marketing materials including brochures, graphics, presentations, newsletters, advertisements, speeches, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate multimedia projects including photography, video content, filming schedules, and editing support.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s social media presence and brand consistency.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support business growth initiatives.
  • Support company participation in trade shows, conferences, customer events, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist with branding initiatives and promotional product coordination.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing materials align with company branding and messaging standards.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and marketing automation platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, MailChimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design, branding, and multimedia production principles.
  • Experience with social media management and digital content creation.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments is a plus.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous marketing and communication projects preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Occasional travel may be required for trade shows, events, or company functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
